I had a question for all on the eb3 to eb2 porting - once the new EB2 labor gets approved and one applies for I-140 lets say in premium processing with the interfiling letter - does one need to reapply for I-485 once the I-140 is approved for the Eb2 application? This is for many EB3 folks that have been waiting after having applied for for I-485 in 2007. Any insight will be appreciated. Fraud is not correct word, it is because of lack of policies or loop holes in the current Immigration System. This can be found in any system, any country, any people. So, there is no need to talk on that. It is better to put our EB related retrogression problems to Congress and no use in discussing these. Otherwise If you start discussing on fraud, every work done by everybody is going to have some kind of fraud. It is to survive and so people do whatever it is, with in the limits of law. Someone here asked what independence and freedom has to do with the Quit America thing. Most of the immigrant community feels that they are not given access to lot of things due to restrictions in their visas and unpredictable GC process. And the inconvenience and trouble their familes go through. With that in prespective I am thinking that we have lost atleast some of our freedom and independence.
