We are currently in the nightmare that is working with The Shade Store on our window treatments in one room. We had planned on ordering treatments for two other rooms from them, but after this bleak experience, there is no way.

Therefore, we are back at square one for the other rooms. Does anyone have recommendations? We are looking for a company that offers high quality treatments (roller shades or potentially roman shades) and that have a great selection of fabrics and excellent customer service.
